All sales of software, applications, games, website templates, domains, hosting services, and digital marketing tools are final. Once delivered or accessed, these digital products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven technical issue that prevents functionality.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions
Membership fees and subscription payments are non-refundable except in rare cases where system errors occur or duplicate charges are proven. Auto-renewals can be canceled any time before the next billing cycle.
3. Referral & Airdrop Rewards
Any tokens or rewards earned through referrals, airdrops, or promotional programs are not eligible for return or refund. Users must comply with program guidelines to avoid forfeiting rewards.
4. Refund Requests
If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with full details. Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
